With an area of 140 m², it is a completely independent accommodation unit in the form of a fully equipped house. It accommodates up to 5 guests and is always rented as a whole.
It features a spacious living room with a dining area and kitchen, two bedrooms, a large shared bathroom with a sauna and jacuzzi tub, a terrace, and a private gazebo for enjoying time outdoors. The warm interior, crafted from natural materials and dominated by wood, along with its unique architecture focused on a shared central space and a solid wood dining table, creates an intimate and joyful atmosphere—perfect for family gatherings or getaways with friends.
One bedroom includes a king-size bed and an additional single bed, while the second bedroom features two separate single beds.
Tourist tax paid by the accommodation guest in the amount of 100.00 RSD is not included in the price.
Children under the age of 7 are exempt from the tourist tax, while those aged 7 to 15 pay 50% of the full amount.
