This new part of the resort welcomed its first guests in 2022, created primarily to offer organized groups maximum privacy within a spacious estate, and to provide various types of guests—both individuals and companies—with suitable options for accommodation, day stays, or work.
The multifunctional 270m² space on the ground floor of the hotel includes a lounge area with a fireplace, a tea kitchen with a dry snack serving area, and an open meeting section with work equipment, leading out to a large covered terrace that offers a breathtaking view of the Šumadija hills. It’s the kind of place where you’ll want to pause and absorb the beauty with all your senses.
A special highlight is the hotel pool, intended exclusively for adults, where—thanks to the stunning view and comfortable seating—you can truly swim and relax (pool length: 15 meters).
All rooms in the hotel building (a total of 6) offer airy and comfortable accommodation for up to 4 adults.
Each room features one double bed and two single beds on a gallery level, along with a private terrace overlooking the greenery of Šumadija. A modern bathroom with a walk-in shower adds to the comfort, ensuring a pleasant and relaxing stay as you listen to the whispers of the Rudnik breeze.
Tourist tax paid by the accommodation guest in the amount of 100.00 RSD is not included in the price.
Children under the age of 7 are exempt from the tourist tax, while persons aged 7 to 15 pay 50% of the tax amount.
